Request an Introduction

The team behind the team.

Athletes, parents, coaches and programs tell us what they need, and the AWC team introduces the right practitioner. Every request is read by a person.

Fig. 01 · How Introductions Work

Three steps, handled by people

01

You tell us what you need

A short request: who you are, your sport and level, and the kind of support you're looking for.

02

We review the network

The AWC team reads every request and looks for the practitioner whose discipline, approach and location fit.

03

We make the introduction

We reply by email and connect you with the practitioner directly. What you work on together stays between you.

For Athletes & Parents

Request an introduction

Parents and guardians can request for an athlete under 18. Please keep health or medical details out of this form; your practitioner will ask what they need directly.

Support you're looking for
For Coaches & Teams

Request program support

For coaches, athletic departments, clubs and academies. Tell us about the program and where support is thin today.

Areas you want covered

Introductions go through AWC by email. AWC doesn't provide medical care, and an introduction isn't a referral for treatment. In an emergency, call 911.
